Certified Personal trainer 

Role:

The purpose of the role is to ensure the safe and efficient handling of personal training clients of Alex Hart Kaizen personal training through structured exercise and nutritional programmes. As a personal trainer with Alex Hart Kaizen Personal training, it is your responsibility to provide a comprehensive one to one exercise and nutritional programme that promotes realistic goal setting and achievements. 

Duties in respect of clients that will include but will not be limited to the following:-

• Meeting and touring respective clients
• Conducting fitness consultations and assessments
• Designing and implementing exercise programmes for clients in your care
• Submitting all relevant paperwork to clients and nutrition plans to our nutrionist
• Upon return of a nutritional report, feedback relevant information to clients
• Communicate efficiently with AHK team in regards to all areas of client management
• Successfully complete first aid training
• Maintain personal training certification through continued education

AHK Leadership Programme

A large proportion of AHK Martial Arts Instructors were early year members of Alex Hart KAIZEN. Progressing through the ranks, achieving Brown Belt status in their chosen Martial Arts with commitment, passion, loyalty and ambition. The AHK Leadership Programme is tailored to these students where they have the opportunity to complete Level 4 and embark on a journey of self discovery and development. Through our mentorship they are equipped with practical tools and techniques to guide them to develop their unique individualities, becoming great leaders in their own right in what ever path they may chose in later life.

We believe the youth of today are tomorrow’s leaders. They are our future and will shape how the world will look in years to come and we are immensely proud of the students who have come through the programme.
