In light of recent events, we have been reflecting on our own practises and looking at what Alex Hart KAIZEN can do to support underrepresented people within our communities. Alex Hart KAIZEN stands with #BlackLivesMatter and it is our mission to continue to be part of the change.

The events which unfolded around the Black Lives Matter campaign, it gave us time to stop and reflect on where we may have fallen short or failed to represent BAME individuals. 

Alex Hart KAIZEN as a brand has always strived for inclusivity & diversity, but regrouped, and collectively highlighted areas where we can do more.

It is our mission and core values to empower individuals, but this must extend to all BAME customers, colleagues so the message we spread is love, compassion and being inclusive to every member of our community, no matter what the colour is of their skin, gender or disability. We will do more!

Our Pledge to you.

We reject tokenism. We will ensure BAME are represented for roles that arise in our business which will include people of every gender and sexuality. We will ensure all our channels – social, YouTube and website will be inclusive of people of every colour, gender, disability or sexuality.

Our Commitments to you.

We will do more for the BAME community. We will stand against racism, inequality and discrimination of every kind.

We will redress racial equality and diversity in our work-place.

Our promise to you is to be more transparent and accountable for our actions and strive to relook at any measures, and how we can improve them on a six monthly basis.
